Casa Olivi, Treia (MC), Le Marche, Italy, is the data controller for this website.
For any question about your data, please write to us through the contact form on the Rates page.
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect any special categories of data.
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you book, organise your stay. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Your data is seen only by us and, where needed to organise your stay, by our concierge. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages sent through the contact form are forwarded to our inbox by the form service Web3Forms. Our replies are sent through our email provider, Microsoft (Outlook.com).
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Italian tax and accounting law requires.
This website does not set any cookies, and we do not use any statistics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to display them.
Our pages link to Instagram. When you follow that link, Instagram’s own privacy policy applies.
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Just write to us through the contact form.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
